My daughter is somewhat of a picky eater. Don’t get me wrong, the child is nowhere near being malnourished, and even though she absolutely loves her Mama’s cupcakes, I’d still like for her to eat some more healthy items on a regular basis. In fact, I found some recipes for very low sugar chocolate chip cookies, chocolate zucchini cupcakes (yep, you read that correctly) and even some muffins that are made out of baby food. What?! Yep, so those will be posted here soon…definitely an easier way of getting kids to eat their vegetables. Trick them. 🙂
